Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

DaDaStore desires for its customer to love the products offered and enjoy shopping experience. On this page you will find details of how to return or exchange your purchases made online.

Important Note: Clearance Items are on As it is Basis No Refunds no Exchange. Please don't order from clearance if you can't comply.

Return or Exchange Policy:

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase for the return or exchange, if:

⦁ The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
⦁ The product received does not match the size ordered.
⦁ In the event you are unsatisfied with the size you purchase and would like to receive a different size, you are most welcome to send your purchase back to DaDa Store by contacting us via email at support@theDaDaist.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
⦁ In all the above cases, product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
⦁ We don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any other solution, we may offer a refund in the form of store credit. In the case of refund shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

How to apply for the return:

⦁ You must notify us within 7 days of purchase by writing to support@theDaDaist.com or by calling at 03006188833 with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
⦁ The replacement will be sent in case of a defected/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at support@theDaDaist.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
⦁ Please note that you will responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

 

Return processing time:

⦁ We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt. 
⦁ During busy sale events please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
⦁ The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days.

Sale & Discounted Order Returns:

Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product ordered.
